We are a learning culture. We strive to know more at the end of the day than when we started the day. We shouldn’t be afraid to fail—fail quickly and learn from it.
We Give Back
We support the evaluation community in various capacities, including our active participation in the Canadian Evaluation Society, and the provision of extensive resources on Eval Academy.
Our Working Week
We operate on a four-day work week. That means we’re away from our desks every Friday.
On occasion, our team members make ourselves available for data collection or special meetings on Friday.
Our four-day work week has led to our team members experiencing better work-life balance, having more time to volunteer in their communities, and being able to bring their most energized and productive selves to work Monday through Thursday.
